JOAN QUINN EASTMAN
Media Director, American-Made Foundation & American-MadeAction
Joan Quinn Eastman is a veteran broadcaster and Emmy-nominated producer whose career spans radio, television, and film. Beginning in Boston’s top radio markets, she quickly became known for her journalistic integrity, creative storytelling, and commitment to truth. Over the years, she has worked with major broadcast affiliates including FOX, CBS, NBC, and KISS 108 FM, producing and hosting programs alongside Bill O’Reilly, Tom Bergeron, Matt Siegel, and Billy Costa.
Her production credits extend from national television programming to feature-length films. Eastman co-wrote the romantic comedy Death Gets a Life, a finalist in the Stage 32 Screenplay Competition, and served as executive producer on The 6th Amendment, which received the Woods Hole Film Festival Audience Award. She has also collaborated on and promoted a wide range of acclaimed projects, including:
HBO’s Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee (Adam Beach, Anna Paquin – Emmy Winner, Best TV Movie), Passage to Paradise (Julie Harris – Toronto Italian Film Festival), Kettle of Fish (Matthew Modine – Tribeca Film Festival), Could Be Worse (Zack Stratis – Sundance), Home Before Dark (Katherine Ross – Hamptons Film Festival Best Film), Six Ways to Sunday (Adrien Brody, Deborah Harry), Darien Gap (Sundance), Southie (Donnie Wahlberg, John Shea), Squeeze (Robert Patton-Spruill – Independent Spirit Awards), and Next Stop Wonderland (Hope Davis, Philip Seymour Hoffman – Miramax).
As a citizen journalist, Eastman brought national attention to the Rivera family case when she broke the story in The Boston Broadside, New England’s only conservative publication. That investigation inspired American-Made Action’s documentary Taken: State-Sanctioned Kidnapping, which she helped produce.
Now serving as Media Director for both the American-Made Foundation and American-Made Action, Joan Quinn Eastman continues to use her platform and experience to advocate for families, defend civil liberties, and ensure that the truth is both seen and heard.
