THE GOVERNMENT HAS BROKEN ITS BOND, AND THE PEOPLE ARE RISING

From the legislative halls to the courts and executive agencies, every branch of government is now acting outside the boundaries of law. This is no longer a political issue. This is a matter of authority, trust, and truth.

The Legislative Branch passes statutes without lawful jurisdiction, claiming powers never granted by the People.

The Executive Branch, through its agencies and enforcers, acts with unrestrained impunity ,  removing children, arresting peaceful parents, and overriding the rights of the people without cause or contract.

The Judicial Branch, once the last safeguard of liberty, now serves as an administrative arm of the state ,  denying jury trials, ignoring due process, and enforcing policy over law.

This is not governance.
This is organized lawlessness, and it must end.

ALL PARTIES, ALL GRIEVANCES, ONE COMMON CAUSE

Whether you have been harmed by CPS, stripped of your parental rights, punished for exercising religious liberty, targeted for medical freedom, over-taxed, under-protected, or silenced by bureaucratic force, you are not alone.

We all have one thing in common: a government that no longer recognizes the limits of its authority.

This moment is not just about one family, one agency, or one court. It is about every man, woman, and child whose rights have been trampled by a government that has forgotten its place.

THE PEOPLE ARE CALLING THE QUESTION:

To every legislator, judge, agent, and officer,

By what authority are you acting?
Where is your constitutional power?
Where is your delegation from the People?

We demand answers, not from policy memos, not from legal fiction, but from the Constitution, the natural law, and the record of the people’s consent.

If you cannot show it, you never had it.

WE THE PEOPLE DECLARE:

The law is on the side of the People. The government is not above the law.
And those who continue to act without lawful authority will be held personally accountable.

To the people: Now is the time to unify. Now is the time to act.
Issue your notices. Serve your affidavits. Call the agents to account.
The record is being built. The tide is turning. And the People are rising.
